Trader Joe's is 1 min away (you can cut through the neighbors parking area), Fred Meyer or Zupan's is a 5 min walk. Walk to the Pearl or downtown for work in a few minutes. - Fixed term 6 month lease only. Lease will roll to month to month at end of term
- First month's rent, plus security deposit of $400 due upon signing lease
- $40 application fee for credit and background check

1. Gross household income must be at least 2x rent amount. Applicant(s) need 6 months verifiable income. Copies of 6 recent paystubs or other supporting documents required to verify income
2. Credit score of 600+

7. Positive references from minimum of 2 former landlords
8. Credit, background checks and filled in questionnaire required for all adults. Any incorrect information is grounds for denial of application

11. One local contact personal reference per lease signee
