MOVING GUIDELINES:

-The moving/delivery company must supply the HOA, M2i Homeowners Association, a Certificate of Liability and Workers Compensation insurance for a minimum of $1,000,000.00 naming M2i Homeowners Association 1050 Island Avenue/527 10th Avenue San Diego, CA, 92101, and FirstService Residential, 15241 Laguna Canyon Road, Irvine, CA 92618 as additional insured before the move may start. It is recommended to email a copy of the certificate to Management. Please indicate the project name, M2i, and address on the certificate.
- RENTER'S INSURANCE: Tenant must carry renter's insurance w/ minimum $100K liability
SUMMARY RENTAL CRITERIA
-We look for favorable credit history, good references, sufficient income, and the ability to move-in within 14 days of the available date.
-If approved, we require one full month's rent, plus deposit to move-in
-We do not accept co-signers
