Wonderful location in safe/leafy/quiet/picturesque neighborhood in historic district of craftsman houses. One block from Magnolia Avenue (cute restaurants, coffeeshops, and boutique stores) and one block from adorable neighborhood park and community garden. Really great location, very hard to find housing here that is this affordable (or to find housing at all, these places go really quickly).
Kitchen, bathroom, 1 large bedroom, and large common area, and small closet/office area. On-site laundry and parking. Pets okay.
Move-in date can be as early as August 20th and move out is January. I am a professor and am on a research sabbatical so I can work with you if you seem like a good fit.
Total rent is $1200, sublet price is $1100. This can be negotiated.

This is a really safe cute area with a lot of families.
