Vista Cove is conveniently located in the heart of Escondido right off the 15 freeway. Restaurants, shops, and parks are all within walking distance. This location is in the Central Escondido neighborhood in Escondido. Nearby parks include Grape Day Park, Mercado Neighborhood Park and Westside Park. A 1 minute drive to Downtown Escondido where you can enjoy Cruisin' Grand every Friday evening and a 10 minute walk to the Escondido Transit Center for easy commuting throughout San Diego. Or spend time relaxing in our heated pool or spa
Cove- $1,425 for top floors, $1,325 for bottom, $1,525 for vaulted ceilings.
$20 to apply per adult

•Monthly gross income to qualify must be 2 times the rent
