Downtown Anchorage is where you will find several of Alaskas best restaurants, coffeeshops, bars, and tourist attractions.
Besides being the perfect location for experiencing Anchorage, it also is conveniently located within 6 miles of all hospitals in the city with easy access to the city wide public transportation.
This cozy one bedroom one bathroom condo is fully furnished. This includes- sofa, bed, smart TV, dining table, full kitchen, dishwasher, stove, linens, towels, storage, basic cleaning supplies, and some locally made products (e.g coffee and tea). The monthly rent will cover all utilities. This includes- wifi, electric, and heating. Washer and dryer are located on campus. Unfortunately, the condo complex does not allow pets.
As a lifelong Alaskan I know how hard it is to not fall in love with its magnificent beauty and living in a location as amazing as this makes it nearly impossible. To me this is more about the opportunity to share my city and all it has to offer, not just my condo.
