This is a bicycle-friendly apartment building. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or anywhere on the premises.
If you do not have your own renter's insurance policy, there is an additional fee of $9.50 per month for "Tenant Liability Insurance." Such insurance covers accidental damages to the apartment and the building, but not to personal possessions.
