It has been recently updated on the inside with great hardwood floors throughout. 3 bed- 1 bath The home had newly updated windows, appliances, garage door system, hot water tank, plumbing, roof, and heating system within the last 3 years. Please note that this rental is not section 8 eligble.
It is walking distance to downtown Lakewood and Lakewood park. You will have the lower level covered porch to yourself and access to the small backyard. Shared washer and dryer or private washer/dryer hookups are available in the basement with plenty of additional storage space in the basement and some storage space is available in the garage.
The fireplace is decorative only and is not functional. There is no central air in the unit
There will be one garage spot for you, but no driveway parking. Any additional cars will need to be parked on the street.
Owner pays for water, sewer, and trash. Previous renters have used my Wifi from the upstairs unit which can be included if you chose. You are responsible for gas and electric
One year lease with a guarantee for no rent increase the second year. First, last, and security deposit due on move in date
The home accepts 1 medium-large dog with a $600 non-refundable pet fee. No pet rent.
Requirements for accepting application- gross total household income $2325.00/month and 540+ credit score for at least one member of the lease
