-I like living like a family. Eating together every now and then, BBQing together. Not partying but having get-togethers. A friendly communal home is awesome in my book.
-Wed prefer (1) single working individuals for each of the rooms, couples are okay. This being a Christian family-style homelife environment no random hooking up sleepovers, please. For your safety and ours. Not being judgy. Just being cautious about who is in our home and our ability to have a peaceful predictable home environment.
-Must show proof of current work and ability to pay rent for 6 or 12 months whichever is easier. Credit in good standing and pass a background check. All the good stuff. And of course good vibes.
