ABOUT THE HOME - This amazing waterfront view home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths that will cater to all your vacation desires. With a max of 6 guests, step into this open floor plan consisting of the living and dining room, as the office space and kitchen are located just around the corner. The office has a large electric stand/sit desk, dual monitors, and a white board. Towards the back of the house lives the master bedroom which consists of 1 king bed, ensuite, and oversized master closet. Off the main living area, you can find another full bathroom, laundry room, and 2 other bedrooms (1 queen & 2 twins). The 3rd bedroom can easily be converted into a bedroom, 2nd office, or workout space based on your needs. The room hosts a trundle bed (2 twin mattresses), a large desk, and gym flooring to be added if desired. Lastly, let’s talk about THIS VIEW AND BACKYARD! Beautiful saltwater & heated pool, outdoor dining, seating area & tv, grill, games, spacious yard, large dock, and boat lift (max of 10,000 lbs and 28 feet capacity). Not to mention, this property sits on the largest canal in Dana Shores. Frequent sightings of dolphins, manatees, and stingrays right off the dock! For a more scenic view of the Old Tampa Bay waterways, take out the kayaks and paddleboard. PET FRIENDLY: Dogs are permitted, as property features a doggy door, $100 fee per pet (max of 3).
PROPERTY RULES/NOTES - Strict NO PARTY property! We do not accept events or large groups. Guests that avoid this policy are subject to immediate evection with no refunds. Guests will not have access to the garage and 2 closets (1 of the 2 closets in the 2nd bedroom & the linen closet in the bathroom). Security cameras are installed on the exterior of the home that may not be turned off or tampered with. Lawn, pool, and porch plant watering services come by weekly at no additional fees, not optional to opt out. Restrictions on A/C cooling and heating temperatures during different seasons, overage of high utilities may result in additional fees. Background checks are required.
