It is located around the corner from the Capitol Hill Trader Joe's and near the Safeway off Madison. There are a plethora of nearby shops and restaurants to discover as well as a Metro bus line that stops in front of the building that goes downtown every 15 minutes.

Unit 305 is situated on the West side of the building and was renovated to include vinyl plank flooring, newer carpet in the bedroom, quartz shower surround, granite counters in the kitchen with newer appliances. There is a small deck off the living room that could be utilized as your own urban oasis.

At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $1000 deposit that is then applied to the refundable security deposit upon approval. This building is no smoking and no dogs, cats are welcome.
