Hello there Jay Marcum asks me to say a few words to you about himself. Yes, i know it is a bit of a shock but i am a "Talking House" So, let's get started , i have been well maintained over the years but i will be the first to admit that i need a face lift or you might think of it has updating but with a new hairstyle and makeup i could be transformed into a real beauty. I would like to point out some things about me that i hope you would enjoy. Let's talk about location i am located on a cul-de-sac (been here for years) it is so quiet here i hardly ever see a car expect for an occasional neighbor. I have a large backyard, plenty of room to set up Volley Ball net and other outdoor games. I am also about 10 minutes from Chatfield State Park where you will find horseback riding ,boating ,swimming and lots of road for bicycling. Oh, i almost forgot, i am also 10 minutes from Clement Park, there is a lake you can walk around. There is plenty of convenient shopping around grocery stores , two Costco's Southwest Plaza and Park Meadows Mall. The elementary school is within walking distance ,middle school is a 5-minute drive and you can be at Columbine High School in 10 minutes. Oh, remember i am vacant so if you looking for a place to move in quickly, i am your house. All in all, i think i have a lot of potential and certainly worth a look see let me know what you think.
