The area:
The home is within walking distance of many hiking trails, parks, and a beautiful golf course. Also, it is within 10 minutes of Walmart, Costco, Hot Springs, VASA Fitness, Fat Cat’s movie theaters/bowling alley, entertainment and shopping. Not to mention it has one of the best views of Utah lake.
What we’re looking for:
A clean, single individual who respects others and cleans after one’s self.
Shared living space and the current tenants keep the lace immaculate.
Lease is month to month with 30 day notice before vacancy.
Lease details:
Rent: $550
