We do periodically stop in the home to make sure it is meeting your every expectation; however, we ask residents to report any issues to our staff as soon as they come up.
Sorry, at this time we do not participate in any housing programs. Residents are responsible for all utilities as well as maintaining renters insurance. A small storage room of the homes basement will be excluded from this rental.
