(E) Proof that utilities have been switched into the tenant's name. (E) Proof of renter's liability insurance–we require tenants to have renter's liability (covers damage that tenant does to the rental property) in the amount of at least $300,000.
PETS ARE ALLOWED ONLY UPON APPROVAL OF MANAGEMENT. IF A PET IS APPROVED, TENANT MUST PAY: (A) $45 per month in pet rent (B) An additional $300 deposit.
BOTH THE ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT AND 1 MONTH'S WORTH OF PET RENT WILL BE REQUIRED AT SIGNING AS WELL.
