One room, you will share the condo with the current tennent

I have one master bedroom with a deck and beautiful view of redwood trees and ponds in a gated community. I'm the owner and it would be shared with me. I also have my own bedroom. It's about 10 min. from downtown San Jose. Closest to 280, 680, 101 exchange. Included in the rent would be: cable, internet, water, garbage, parking spot, pool/spa use, tennis courts. Pge would be shared between us. The room has been freshly painted last year, carpets shampooed. No one has smoked in it. I would expect to share chores or the cost of a house keeper. I'm a quiet person and do not want to share it with someone who parties, smokes, parties(in my home,) drinks a lot or does drugs. I'm happy to email you more photos, the site won't allow them-says they're too big. No pets because I have a cat and a dog, not because I don't like them. I'll be happy to meet with you soon.
