It's no Lemp Mansion- thankfully- but this ol' converted firehouse is HUGE. I haven't spent the night there, so I can't personally speak for the lack of ghosts, but I also didn't get a chill up my spine walking through the door- so, good signs! Also good: wide open living and kitchen space on the whole second-floor, completely updated, with a bonus powder room, and a back deck. Up the steps again to find the window-heavy bedroom level with an additional 2 full bathrooms, AND LAUNDRY! Zoom back down to the ground floor for your finished-basement-style bonus space, complete with a few windows and a sink. ++ATTACHED 2 CAR GARAGE. It rocks.
APP STUFF:
Our application checks that your credit is decent. It does NOT need to be perfect, but we need to see that you pay your bills on time and as agreed. We’re also checking that you’ve been a good tenant in the past (providing this isn’t your first place), and lastly, we want to see that you’re financially sound.
We accept 2 cats or 1 dog up to twenty pounds, pet rent additional. If you have a lizard or something small like that that floats your boat, they be rent free.
