Description
$2,050 - Beautiful 4 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Apartment In Philadelphia (Temple U area) With Great Amenities
Beautiful 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Constructed in 2010, it features a modern kitchen with updated appliances and granite counter tops, hardwood floors, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, washer/dryer and security system. There is a large full basement and great outdoor space in the fenced backyard. It takes up the first floor and half the second floor of the building.
With a large living space, basement and back yard, this apartment is perfect for entertaining guests!
Located in the Temple U area, it is a busy area, with a lot of foot traffic. Safety considerations include a security system. The local police station is nearby at 1747 N 17th Street (22nd District), and Temple U police also patrol the street. Because of the large number of students and recent grads in the area, it is a noisy area. The people upstairs are students. It is a nice safe and social area, so very attractive in that regard, but not appropriate for people seeking a quiet, sedate setting.
There is easy access to buses and the Broad Street Line, and walking distance to attractions such as the Liacouras Center, The Met, supermarkets, and restaurants.
Owner pays water. Tenants pay electricity, cable and internet. Pet friendly, allowing one cat or small dog, with additional non-refundable pet deposit of $300.
Showing: Mon to Thur 1:30pm to 5:30pm, and Fri to Sun 11:00am to 5:30pm
We use our own lease and application. The lease can begin between August 13 to September 1, and will run through July 31, 2023. An application is required, but there is no charge. You must provide SSN and consent to a background check. We also need 2 recent pay stubs, and a W-2 or 1099 from 2021. If you are younger and do not have this, we may need a parent or guardian to co-sign.
