* Easy access to bus stop and walking distance
* Looking for clean, quiet, easy-going and responsible tenants who will take good care of the place and not leave trail of messes! Non-smoker preferred.
* This complex has mostly students undergrad/grad/working professionals- but not a requirement . Not a party place!
* Tenant: No criminal/eviction/pets , no smoking and no drugs - must pass background
