Located in the Solitude Village, this cozy, yet modern, condo with unobstructed sweeping canyon and slope-side views has vaulted ceilings for lots of natural light with large windows giving an extra-spacious feel, a balcony with gas grill, a private gear room for outdoor gear, bikes, skis, and more, in-home ski boot dryer, heated 1-car garage, and an office space with a desk and printer in the loft.

The condo is a 6 minute walk to the slopes and Solitude Village's restaurants and amenities. You may also choose to ski out from the road in front of the home and across the Village plaza to the lifts. The walk back will have an uphill portion for a few minutes). Off the slopes, enjoy gorgeous mountain views from the huge living room windows or balcony, walk to the river or through the woods, or take advantage of free access to Club Solitude with its outdoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, exercise room, game room, and movie room!

This nicely appointed condo is fully furnished with all the amenities and a fully stocked kitchen. You may also choose to rent unfurnished. The unit is 1,100 sq.ft. and provides a private bedroom with a queen bed, and a loft with another queen bed. Each sleeping space has its own full bathroom and good sized closets.

ENTRY LEVEL: -Living Room- gas fireplace, cozy couch and armchair. -Kitchen/Dining Area- the kitchen has all necessary tools to cook up your meals, while the dining table has plenty of room for 4 guests. -Master Bedroom- comfortably dressed Queen bed, dresser, and closet with an ensuite full bathroom. -Half Bathroom/Laundry- Past the kitchen is our half bath with a converted laundry area. Take advantage of a full-sized washer/dryer. LOFT: -Queen Bed- equally as cozy as the one in the master bedroom! -Full Bathroom- towels are provided! -Office Area- A modern and functional desk, printer, and desk speakers.

GARAGE: 1-car heated garage with storage closet below unit. Garage may not accommodate oversized SUV’s or Trucks.

GEAR ROOM: Adjacent to garage and includes 4 ski racks, 2 bike racks, and 2 snowshoe racks.

Please note: During the winter season, 4WD and snow tires is a necessity to safely access condo, which also meets the UDOT traction law requirement for S.R 190. No exceptions.
