The application processing fee is $40 per adult. Each adult interested will have to complete an application plus a $5 system processing fee for using the service. We will only take online payment and application, or certified funds for the application processing fee (cashier's check or money order or cash, no personal checks). Application Processing Fees are not refundable!

We are looking for Prospects willing and ready to Move-In. Regarding Pets kept in Cages, Tanks/Aquariums (if less than 5 gallons in size, no deposit). We will require a photograph of the Pet. Companion, Support,, and Service Animals are not considered to be Pets, we will need a valid Doctor’s Note or Certificate on such.
