A fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, beautiful wood flooring, and granite countertops makes eating in easy. You’ll find a toaster, coffee pot, blender, crockpot, cookie sheets, baking pans, a roasting pan, waffle iron, wine and martini glasses, pots, knives, utensils, and place settings for 14 in the cupboards. The rustic dining room table seats 8 and there’s room for three more at the breakfast bar.
The laundry room is just off the kitchen and features an HE Smart Digital washer and dryer and an iron and ironing board. There’s a half bathroom nearby as well.
The first of two Master suites is also on the first floor. With a King-sized bed, ceiling fan, and large en suite bathroom (separate soaking tub and shower), you’ll be sure to enjoy a good night’s sleep in this beautiful bedroom.
Downstairs, the second Master suite features a Queen-sized bed, ceiling fan, and large en suite bathroom (with a separate soaking tub and shower). Additionally, the third bedroom is located on the lower level. It has five built-in Twin-size bunk-style beds with ladders, a perfect room for kids.
The large stadium-seating theater room enclosed by a sliding barn door is also in the basement. With plenty of comfortable space, the room has a high-end surround sound system with a projector and huge movie screen.
There’s also an XBOX and Blu-Ray player hooked up. The back couch in the room is a Queen-sized sleeper sofa. Enjoy movies or television in this incredible space!
Outside the theater room, another beautiful living room with plenty of seating, a gas fireplace, a 55” HD Smart TV, and patio access makes it easy to relax.
