Remodel of the house will be completed by 07/31/2022. Photos show some construction going on. All this will be finished and cleaned up before anyone moves in.

6. What credit score do I need? Typically a 700 or better score.

7. Do you accept people with evictions? Absolutely no, no exceptions.

8. Do you accept co-signers? No.

9. Do you accept no credit? No.

10. Do you accept people without a social security number? No.

11. Laundry? There is a space for your own washer and dryer in the home.

12. Parking? Two car garage attached, a third permanent car would have to park on the street. Guests can get a visitor parking pass.

13. Is there Air Conditioning? Central AC and Heat included.

14. Appliances? The fridge, stove, oven, and microwave are included.

15. What is the income requirement? Typically it is 2.5 times the rent amount. You must submit your last two months of pay stubs if you are an employee. If you are collecting payments from a 3rd source (like disability, SSI, Section 8, Retirement), If you are considered an Independent Contractor or Self-Employed, I will need your last two bank statements.
