General rental qualifications are: reasonably good credit (720+); favorable landlord references; and stable, verifiable income of 2.5 times the monthly rent.
Move-in funds required include the first month's rent, plus a fully refundable $1500 security deposit and pet deposit (if applicable). A one time $200 HOA registration fee is required and $100 admin fee at move-in.
