Townhouse Road Apartments - 3 Bedroom 2 level Townhouse w/Basement - Townhouse Rd Apartments is conveniently located off of Route 293 & Brown Avenue in a quiet, residential neighborhood. We presently have a three bedroom townhouse available for mid-August. It rents for $1995 per month, plus utilities. We pay for water, sewer and trash. Residents are responsible for the electricity, gas heat and internet/cable. Each townhouse comes with one assigned off-street parking space and washer/dryer hookups. Extra assigned parking may be available for a monthly fee or our guest parking area can be used for extra vehicles. Our maintenance staff is on call 24/7 for emergencies and you’ll enjoy a smoke-free atmosphere in our smoke-free buildings. We do not allow smoking in the buildings, on the balconies or within 15 feet of entrances, windows, doors and air-intake units. Our community is also pet friendly! We allow up to two indoor cats or small dogs under 50 pounds for an additional fee of $25 per month (some breed restrictions apply).
