Master bedroom has a queen bed, private bathroom and lots of closet space. 2nd bedroom has queen bed and uses hallway bath. Additional private room has a futon that opens to a queen bed and has its own large TV; shares hallway bathroom.
Air conditioning & heat controlled by NEST. Large open floor plan in kitchen and dining area. Equipped with everything you need. Ceiling fans throughout.
Large family room has lots of games, large 65" super HD TV with surround sound, large 14' couch, and wood burning fireplace. Also, light work out equipment: weights, yoga mat, weight ball, bolsters. Additional living room in front, overlooking front yard. Room for everyone to do their own thing!
BBQ and smoker in the backyard (completely fenced in). Large family style table & chairs for meals and outdoor lights for night time entertainment. NO parties or events.
Washer & dryer in garage. Parking available in driveway (ie, not garage) and on the street.
Front yard is fenced in with artificial turf, seating and fire pit!
Surf boards and boogie boards to take the beach! 4.5 miles to closest beaches, approximately 10 mins. 15 mins to Oceanside Pier (with lots of shopping, restaurants, boardwalk, beach, etc). Close to mall and lots of stores, shopping and restaurants (right off I-78)
