Please be aware that applying with Homes of Hope, Inc./Trinity Capital Group, LLC Group DOES NOT guarantee immediate housing NOR immediate placement into our program.
Application files are being reviewed in the order in which they are received/dated/time stamped (fully completed application), yet this also allows for very short windows of time in response to documents needed because our desire is to be fair to every single applicant involved, including you of course. With that said, we have to ensure that the current pending files are expedited in relation to qualifying the file in order to make a final determination as to if we have units available within that income qualification range (Whether the file falls within the 50% AMI/ 60% AMI/ 80% AMI or 100-120% AMI; these beautiful homes are filling fast).
WE MUST COMPLETE YOUR INCOME QUALIFICATION PORTION FIRST (Reminder that each file must be qualified first from an Income Verification perspective, BEFORE we can proceed to the remaining areas of verifications and scheduling the Interview process).
We realize in advance that the information and documentation required is Vast; however, this qualification process is required in accordance with the Funding provided for the Community, which allows the Organization to be able to offer such beautiful homes at affordable rates, so please understand up front that the process is not always 'easy', but each step is what is required of Trinity and Homes of Hope in order to proceed with qualifying files.
