2 Bedroom 1.5 Bathroom Apartment In North Beach/Telegraph Hill with great views/amenities! Storage room included!
Looking for tenants (2 people max!) interested in renting out an entire 2 bed/1.5 bath (basically two baths!) apt.
The apartment is in North Beach (specifically in the quiet residential area of Telegraph Hill).
Location:
1. The apartment sits right in the middle of Pier 39, Washington Square Park and Coit Tower, an 8 minute walk in either direction. You can go running on the Embarcadero (5 min walk), grab dim sum in Chinatown (10-15 mins walk) or a nice glass of wine in North Beach (5 min walk).
2. For grocery regulars, you'll be happy to know that Safeway and Trader Joe's is a short 5 min walk. For the ones who prefer to eat out, you're in the vicinity of the best Italian neighborhood in the city which boasts an amazing nightlife!
3. For the workout peeps, 24 hour fitness and Bay Club are 5 and 8 minutes each on foot. There is also a F45 Training class and a new Orange Theory studio all within walking distance.
4. There are multiple bus lines nearby. You can take the 8, 30, 45. The 8 Bus drops you off right on our street.
Apt Details:
1. This is a 2 bedroom apt. Both bedrooms have large mirror closets with the ability to hold a lot of stuff. The second bedroom has a built-in Murphy bed that can be pushed up if you are not using the second room as a bedroom. We currently use the bed for guests but usually keep it up as we generally work from home in the second bedroom.
2. There is half a bathroom near the entrance of the apt and a full bath near the master suite. Both bathrooms have just been renovated and retiled 6 months ago.
3. The living room opens onto a stunning balcony that overlooks a courtyard with many trees. The kitchen is spacious with a nice hardwood floor and many cabinets. Along the hallway, there are two more additional mirror large closets for storage.
Available as a long-term rental for 1-2 years, possibly longer. Rent does not include utilities or internet.
This apt comes with one garage parking spot as well as a BASEMENT STORAGE space (that is basically the size of another room) for only an extra $100 per month! Overall, this is a quiet apartment unit and there aren’t many units in apartment building so we are looking for someone respectful and long term.
