You will have separate entrances and all your own amenities/appliances. The only exception is the laundry room, which is shared with us in an annex behind the house (you will have your own separate entrance and key).
House rules: No smoking, no large gatherings. No dogs; cats allowed; other pets may be considered. Any other questions, please ask!
