Located right off I-35 at exit 217, you are 20 mins away from downtown Austin, and about 10mins away from San Marcos. There is a huge HEB Plus and shopping centers at exits 215 & 220 so you can get everything you need without having to go into bad city traffic. There is a neighborhood pool and park. I'm 27-year-old recent UT grad that is just working most of the time, live here alone with my two small dogs Gretchen and Papi, there is a doggy door and huge backyard that I plan to start growing my own food forest system/build a pond for water storage/natural swimming pool.

I'm willing to rent rooms inividually 1000 a month per room, or 1800 a month for 2 rooms.
