We are looking for a responsible renter to occupy the other half of the duplex that we live in. We live in the front unit of the house and are renting out the back unit; therefore, we are seeking to find a great tenant (or two!). One of us will be working often from home, the other is a graduate student at UW. Because of this, respect for each other's privacy and quiet hours will be important. There is no smoking of any kind allowed in this unit. We also will ask that, if you have a dog, you bring them to the showing so we can confirm there will be no aggression with our dog, a border collie named Lulu.
Date Available: Aug 1st 2022. This is a 10 month lease that will be up June 30th, 2022 with the potential of a month-to-month or year long renewal at the end of the lease.
$900/month rent.
