Studio Apartment at The Lanai in Eastlake - Available now, this top floor unit is about 400 square feet and is currently renting for $1450 per month. It's got a great deck that overlooks Portage Bay. Remodeled in early 2022. In addition to vertical blinds, I've added a traversing curtain rod to hang blackout curtains if you prefer. I live on site and am very responsive regarding maintenance. Electricity bill is metered by Seattle City Light and water/sewer/garbage are $40 for a single occupant or $55 for a pair.
