The other bedroom is at the end of the house for privacy.
This house is solar-powered and all electric. That means your PG&E bills will be low. We dont have perfect data and we cant promise what your bill will be, but one month the tenant shared their bill was $70 for everything. So to live there, the only thing they were paying was the solar bill, internet bill, and cell phone bill. Water, sewer, and garbage is covered in your rent!
And it’s convenient. Since Four Seasons at Westshore is located just off Interstate 5 and only minutes from downtown Sacramento, it offers the best of both worlds- a peaceful living environment with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and the airport.
