Rossmoor boasts an extensive lists of amenities ranging from the golf course, tennis courts, bocce ball, newly renovated fitness center, multiple pools, clubhouse, eateries and more. Tenants are required to register both themselves and their lease with Rossmoor. This includes an additional processing fee with Rossmoor of $150. Additionally, Rossmoor requires a Facilities Usage fee of $50 per month, per lessee, for the full term of the lease. Lastly, Rossmoor charges a fee when the Lessee coordinates with the Security Office for gate access and vehicle registration. All Rossmoor fees are tenant responsibility (not HOA dues).
The condo includes an assigned carport and storage closet. Tenant is responsible for PG&E service. Rent includes water/sewer/trash services/HOA dues.
HOA allows for maximum of two pets per household (cats/dogs only). Dogs cannot exceed 30 pounds. Additional pet deposit of $300 per pet required.
Application fees are $35 per person. All applicants and/or occupants who will reside in the home, must complete the Rental Application form and complete the online portion of the application. Combined household income must be minimum of 2.5 times the rent. Must provide proof of income (two most recent bank statements, pay stubs, etc).
The security deposit is typically one months' rent however can increase based on the overall application screening process including credit, employment and income verification.
No Smoking Permitted.
Renting at $3,600 with 12 month lease. Per HOA, Owner is allowed one 12 month lease and will not be authorized to renew or extend the lease beyond 12 months.
