3 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment in Northfield, VT. Located right in downtown Northfield with quick easy access to Norwich University as well as many local shops, restaurants and grocery. Rent would include heat, plowing, water/sewer, trash/recycling. Tenants would be responsible for electricity.
Rent is non-negotiable. First, Last and Security due at signing, no exceptions. Good prior rental history, credit history, no evictions and sufficient income are required.
