We ask that visually inspecting the location and surrounding neighborhood and viewing the exterior of the subject rental property/premises will answer or appease your initial "likes" and/or "dislikes" of your new rental.?

3) Please note that there is a non-refundable application fee of $50.00 for each adult applicant should you choose to move forward and complete our online Rental Application.
4) Applicants must have a credit score of 650 or above. All applicants with credit scores below 650 will be declined. No evictions or outstanding rent balances in the last three years (unless paid in full, and there have been no problems with residency since).
5) No more than three negative accounts on your credit profile in the last 18 months. Credit, background checks, income, and asset verification are required for all adult tenants.
6) Bankruptcy may be okay, provided it has been discharged, and credit has met the above-aforementioned requirements.
7) Providing false information will terminate your application or tenancy (if applicable) immediately.
