We have a $35 application fee for each adult 18 or older. Minimum gross monthly income of the primary applicant must be at least $3,300. Security deposit is $1,100. The monthly rent is $1,100 per month.
Our basic rental requirements are No evictions or eviction complaints in the past 5 years, a good bill paying history, 5 years employment history, Good Credit lowest minimum credit score of 570+ is required. Good rental history over the past 5 years. We are looking for "Drama Free Tenants" who want to stay a while.
