This premier property offers 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, two large decks (ocean view from upper deck), fenced back yard, 3 smart TVs, and garage parking. Renovated and upgraded, this beautiful property is centrally located with easy access to everything Carolina Beach offers - the beach, boardwalk, lake, restaurants, ice cream shops, even a grocery store – everything you’ll need is all within a short walking distance! There’s a full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board in the upstairs hallway.
Outside, you’ll have some of the most spacious parking on the island: up to 4 cars in the garage and driveway. The large backyard is fenced with an outdoor shower and picnic table. Please feel free to use the beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, and wagon for your less than 5-minute stroll to the beach!
