Cabana Suites 311 is an ocean front condo community. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with outstanding ocean front views is located in the heart of Carolina Beach. Cabana Suites 311 is on the 3rd floor with elevator access. The best part is Cabana Suites 311 is short walking distance to the Carolina Beach boardwalk with dining, entertainment, and shopping. Enjoy a short walk to your private beach access right below the unit and when you get tired of the sand in your toes and the salt in your hair, take a dip in the pool to end the day. Step out onto the back patio to oversee the kids splashing in the pool and view the beautiful fireworks every Thursday night in the summer. Spend part of the day at the boardwalk eating ice cream, visiting a souvenir shop, and try our famous donuts with a stop at Britts. Inside the condo you definitely won’t forget you are on vacation with the beachy feeling.
As soon as you walk into Cabana Suites 311 you will notice the beachy refreshing atmosphere. Inside the master bedroom you will find a king size bed with a smart tv and your own private full bathroom with a tub shower. The next bedroom has 2 twin beds and has access to another full bathroom with a step-in shower. As you keep walking down the hallway you might get goosebumps when you see the view of the ocean through the sliding glass doors in the living room. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa and chairs for extra seating. A beautiful kitchen equipped with all the cooking necessities you would need. Followed by the washer and dryer in the closet to clean all the salt out your bathing suits before heading back home. When the underneath parking is full, you will need to park in the overflow lot across the street. This is strictly enforced by the HOA. Please Adhere to the parking rules!
This property is a hard key so you will need to pick up your keys at our office.
PROHIBITED ONPREMISES:
- Absolutely no events such as weddings, sororities, fraternities, bachelor or bachelorette parties etc
- NO SMOKING inside, outside or in common areas downstairs
