Close to DTC, Anschutz Medical Campus, Medical Center of Aurora, Light Rail station, retail, dining, Utah Park, Cherry Creek State Park, and so much more!
Amenities include central air and heat; all major appliances; hardwood floors; washer & dryer; patio; and furnished living room, kitchen, and dining room. Off-street parking is available. Month-to-Month rental agreement is preferred due to flexibility, but open to long term as well. Rent is $850 plus shared utilities (Xcel, water, and internet). Deposit is $850.
