This suite is adjacent to the main house, gated entry, one covered parking space, separate entrance and has been freshly painted. It has a den, reading/library/sitting area, table with beautiful back yard view. There is a big yard with shared patio and full size pool. All utilities are included: cable, electricity, heat, high speed WIFI internet, air conditioning and water. Laundry in unit. One small "friendly" dog is allowed but no cats. This is a perfect quiet space for a single adult, maybe older or retired. No couples please. Available: Jul 13th 2022. I use my own Application and background/credit check which will be $39. Must have proof of income and verifiable rental history with no evictions. This is a 6 months lease with the right to extend.
