Welcome to 160 North Road, Unit A. This is a 3 bedroom, 1 full bathroom unit, with a living room, dining room, bonus room, kitchen, and deck. The home was built in the 1920s, and while it has been updated inside with modern appliances and features, it kept its charm! You’ll love all of the natural light, and there’s plenty of space for your family to spread out.

The large kitchen can be used as an eat-in kitchen, or you can spread out to the attached dining room. The kitchen has granite countertops, tons of cabinet space, a large sink, and a beautiful view onto the front yard and deck. The carpeted living room has a built-in propane fireplace. The bonus room would make an excellent home office or playroom. The front deck is considered part of Unit A only. Appliances included: dishwasher, gas range, refrigerator, washer/dryer (in basement), electric hot water heater.

The yard is a fun addition, and is considered a common area. It will be shared with the tenants in unit B (currently being renovated). Tenants will not have access to the shed, though we are happy to offer up the gardens or raised beds to any tenants who have a green thumb. Each unit has 2 designated parking spaces on the paved driveway and a designated space for trash receptacles. There is a daycare directly across the street. The neighboring lot is an inactive railroad, with no traffic. The property is also directly adjacent to snowmobile trails. Just a 15 min drive to downtown North Conway, 1 hour to Portland, and 1.5 hours to Concord and Portsmouth.

This unit is ready for an Aug 1 move in date, with the option for a flexible/earlier move-in at a prorated monthly rent. Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis and will require an additional monthly pet fee if approved.
