We are located in Ski Town USA - Steamboat Springs, CO. We are located in one of the best spots in town, 2 miles from the ski resort in a very quiet neighborhood.
Our home is newly remodeled and fully furnished for everything you need for the perfect winter rental. All kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, linens and more are included.
There are 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and a 2 car garage. Theres 2000 spacious square feet which includes 2 additional lofts. There are at least 2 perfect areas for remote workers with desks and hi-speed internet/wifi. There are 2 owners closets that will not be available and locked while unit is occupied by renter.
Our HOA takes care of all snow shoveling and any outside maintenance so you can simply enjoy all the outdoor activities Steamboat Springs, CO has to offer.
1) This is a 6-month lease (Nov. 1 - Apr. 30) but would negotiate to 5 (Nov. 15 - Apr. 15) or 4 (Dec. 1 - Mar. 31). 6-month rent = $6850/mo | 5-month rent = $8000/mo | 4-month rent = $9500/mo
2) There are no short-term rentals (less than 30 days) allowed in our building.
3) Quiet hours after 10p until 8a. If you want to constantly party and play loud music this is NOT where you want to rent. More than 2 verbal warnings is cause for immediate termination of the lease.
4) Pets considered on case-by-case basis. $1500 non-refundable pet fee. $1000 non-refundable cleaning fee. No smoking. Parking for 4 vehicles. Additional guest parking is available.
5) Trash/Water/Cable/Internet Included. Gas & Electricity NOT included.
