The entire place is furnished and if you want to bring your own bed, that is completely fine.
The area:
The home is within walking distance of many hiking trails, parks, and a beautiful golf course. Also, it is within 10 minutes of Walmart, Costco, Hot Springs, VASA Fitness, Fat Cat’s movie theaters/bowling alley, entertainment, and shopping. Not to mention it has one of the best views of Utah lake.
What we’re looking for:
A clean, single individual who respects others and cleans after one’s self.
Shared living space and the current tenants keep the place immaculate.
Lease is month to month with 30-day notice before vacancy.

Rent: $500
