Unique (but affordable!) Attic Room--Low Ceilings, Private Bathroom - Collegiate Court offers rooms for rent in professionally managed rooming houses (compares to dorm). We have a number of different types of rooms ranging from small to large all with their own private bathrooms.
Kitchens, laundry and dining area are shared as well, to keep costs low. The kitchen is cleaned regularly by a cleaning service.

This is our "Attic Room" meaning the ceiling is low in part of the room, which makes that space a little harder to use. For this reason, we have the room discounted, compared to our other rooms on site.
Carpet has recently been replaced with hardwoods. Full sized bed in photo for reference to size. Room is unfurnished.
