There are two full bathrooms as well. The kitchen, dining, and living room are open-concept so that you can view the marsh from each of these areas. Off of the master bedroom, there is a screened porch which can also be accessed by the living room so that you can work from home with a view or sit out and enjoy the sunset in the evening.
Two dogs can be accommodated. Marsh Nest has its own in-unit washer and dryer as well. This apartment includes an elevator to access the unit, please note we are not the manager of the complex and cannot guarantee the operation of the elevator. The property does include complimentary parking.
