This third floor six person apartment is fully furnished, has 1.5 bathrooms, and a washer and dryer. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and full sized refrigerator. The carpeted living room is furnished with a sofa, arm chair, coffee table and a dining table and chairs. All of the bedrooms have a full sized bed, desk, dresser, and bookshelves.
Our leases are for twelve months. All of our properties are designated as non-smoking. Rent for this specific unit covers Heat, water, electric, and internet. Each apartment is wired for cable and internet. Our full time maintenance staff is available 24 hours a day. Light housekeeping (kitchen/bathroom) 2x a month. Parking is available for an additional fee.
