This is a relatively social building, and attracts undergrads with some grad students. Each apartment is equipped with modern furniture and appliances. Each G-style 6-person apartment has one full bathroom, one half bathroom, and a recently renovated kitchen. The updated kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and refrigerator. The carpeted living room is furnished with a small sofa, arm chair, coffee table and a dining table and chairs. There is also an A/C unit in the living room and a 50' mounted flat screen TV for tenants' enjoyment. Each bedroom is fully furnished with a full-sized bed, dresser, bookcase, desk, and chair. Rooms 1 through 4 have large west-facing windows, while room 6 faces south. Room 5 has two large windows, one west-facing and the other south-facing.
Our leases are for twelve months. All of our properties are designated as non-smoking. The rent includes heat and hot water. Apartments are wired for cable and internet. Our full time maintenance staff is available 24 hours a day. Parking is available for an additional fee.
