All new appliances and fixtures including a great in unit washer dryer. You would get your own room (has a great nook overlooking the window) + bathroom and shared use of the rest of the unit. Theres a fantastic kitchen and open floor living/dining room. After viewing many condos all over the area I saw this unit and fell in love and I know you will too!
I have lived here about a year so the unit is furnished. Your room can be furnished (bed/nightstand/dresser) or unfurnished, up to you!
The whole building and every unit was recently renovated so everything is brand new. The unit is a corner unit on the 4th floor and faces the courtyard so it is quiet at night.
Location: 5 minute walk from the 12th st BART station, multiple gyms and so many great restaurants (blue bottle coffee, square pie guys and sweet green are just up the street). If you commute to SF the Jack London Ferry is only a 14 minute walk away. Only a 15 minute walk from lake merritt. The perfect urban lifestyle!
About me: You will be sharing the condo with me. Im an early 30s working female professional at an environmental non profit. Im working from home right now but will eventually transition back to an office. I am friendly and social but considerate when I have friends and family over and I would expect you to be too. I practice yoga, and love to hike and travel. I usually go to the gym in the morning and meet up with friends afterwork (in non covid times). I value cleanliness and am mindful of privacy and am looking for someone who is clean, considerate and kind!
Pets: I have two cats so you must be comfortable with cats. I dont think any additional pets would work unfortunately.
Rent: $1700.00/ Month (includes water)
Wifi + Electricity to be split equally between both of us
Security Deposit: $1700.00 (1 Month's Rent)
