Our founder, Ben Stanley, has years of experience working in the world of real estate sales and investment. While looking for a property manager for his own rentals, he noticed a strong need in our community for a service orientated property management company that took care of both it’s owners and tenants in an exceptional manner. With the background in finance and real estate teamed up with a strong desire to provide a great service, My Place Realty was born. All bedrooms are on main level with a 15x20 bonus room upstairs. 10x12 Formal Dining room, 11x8 eat-in Kitchen with granite countertops, tile floors. 16x18 Living room with fireplace. Master suite features double vanities, whirlpool tub, walk in closet. Central hvac (Heat pump). Fenced in backyard. Quarterly Pest control included in rent. Storage Shed.

We welcome pets per our pet policy. Our general policy is no vicious breeds, max 2 pets, $200 first pet $100 second pet non-refundable fee. $25 monthly pet rent per pet. My Place Realty and the property owner have the final say on pets.
