We are now accepting applications for this downstairs apartment at The Woods. None of the units at this property are legally classified as disabled accessible units.

Each 2-bedroom apartment is approximately 795 square feet. Rent is $1,499/month, plus each tenant pays $40/month as a water/sewer/utility supplement. Tenants are responsible for their own electric bills (lighting and heating) and any phone or Internet desired. Landlord pays for trash/recycling, water/sewer and common electric. We will require strong rental history, good credit, and a $1,499 partially-refundable security deposit. No last month's rent deposit is required.

One or two neutered/spayed cats are acceptable with $35/cat pet rent. One or two dogs (breed restrictions apply on a case-by-case basis) are acceptable with $35/dog pet rent. Max 2 pets total. No additional pet deposit is required.
